Team Skating Panda

To ensure we land real impact together, you need to be selective about the company you keep.

At Skating Panda, our people are rare, unexpected and deeply committed. We each come to work every day because we want to have a positive impact on the world and believe that our partners –like you – give us the power to do just that. We also have the skills you need.

We’re not a huge organisation because we believe that small is agile and focused. And you won’t find a tag-on purpose department because impact is all and everything we do. If you want to create and maintain change, we’re the people you want by your side.

Andrea Hartley

(she/her)
Founder & CEO

I founded Skating Panda a decade ago, having spent my early career working for multinationals, government organisations and as part of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic bid team. My goal has always been to recruit the best strategists and marketeers possible, so that we can empower our clients to achieve and accelerate real social impact, with a sharp focus on purpose.

When I’m not swimming, running and climbing, you’ll find me baking and being beaten at table tennis by my children.

(she/her)
Chief Impact Officer

After more than two decades in journalism, I'm now helping organisations adopt more sustainable practices through culture and digital transformations that benefit people and our planet. I believe in employing a systems-thinking approach to deliver strategies across all ESG disciplines to solve challenges at their core. I'm a former Senior Editor at the BBC and Executive Editor of CNN Digital Worldwide, where I ran global teams.

When not at work, I like hanging out with my kids, travelling, reading, and fighting for causes I’m passionate about, like gender equity, food security and inequality, and media misinformation.

(she/her)
CFO

Having led finance teams at leading television companies such as Carlton and Central for more than two decades, I’m no stranger to ensuring businesses in the limelight function better. The added benefit of working for Skating Panda is that now I work for an organisation that makes a positive difference in the world.

I love to travel, read, binge on good TV and films, garden and spend quality time with my lovely granddaughters.

Strategy Director

Over the past decade I’ve designed and curated long-term sustainability strategies for various businesses. Working as a social impact specialist, my vision has always been to make an impact and real difference in the world. I not only enjoy, but excel at discovering new paths to help organisations translate their work into meaningful actions.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog. I’m also trying to go to as many gigs, performances and pubs as I can, while taking in everything London has to offer.

Account Director

I have spent the last decade delivering marketing & communication campaigns with a digital-first approach and helping clients develop their growth curves. I’m passionate about making a positive impact in the world, with a focus on women’s empowerment and climate action.

Being able to work on campaigns and projects that are fuelled by true purpose helps me grow every day, both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, I love exploring restaurants, travelling to new destinations, and drinking lots and lots and lots of coffee!

(he/him)
Researcher

I am a researcher fascinated by systems of power, love, and conviviality, which I had the privilege of studying through my degrees in Philosophy and Political Economy. I am thrilled to be a part of a passionate team and have the chance to leverage my research expertise and methodologies to make a positive impact on individuals, society, and the environment.

My professional interests spill out into my personal life, where I organise dances, make music, play grassroots football, and campaign for housing rights.

(she/her)
Account Executive

After graduating from LSE with an undergraduate degree in International Relations, I was committed to starting my career at a social and environmental impact consultancy to ensure I could help make the world a better place. I’m deeply passionate about issues like gender equality and employing a decolonial approach to development work.

Outside work, I like to read, write, explore exceptional galleries and museums, and generally enjoy all London has to offer.

Executive Assistant

I’ve worked in operations and as an executive assistant in a host of industries for the past 15 years. I love being central to a team and using my experience to ensure things are running smoothly. I enjoy working for a purpose-driven organisation; I’m constantly learning and excited to continue driving change that makes a real difference.

When not working, I love to go for drinks and dinners, and you can’t beat a good dance!

(he/him)Senior Associate Brand Strategy

I have spent over 25 years working with leadership teams of brands and businesses around the world to define clear organisational visions and strategies to enable them to grow. I am particularly experienced at working with organisations and purpose – from defining and articulating a purpose that the leadership and business can get behind, to helping organisations align their purpose with operations, culture and strategy. I specialise in audience insight development and stakeholder mapping and have been pivotal in building the WeProsper brand for an international women's economic empowerment coalition.

In my spare time I like to hang out with my dog, Biggie, and I keep bees which is a great way to unwind. I also try to swim in the sea regularly, even in the winter, although I always check the SAS app before I go in.

(he/him)
Senior Associate Strategy and Sustainability

I am an advisor, strategist and futurist in the field of sustainability. My current work is on decision-making for global transformations, and nurturing action on under-served, emerging issues. I have helped leading corporations around the world to be more successful by creating a better future, and provided independent advisory work with the UK Cabinet Office, UNDP, Sustainable Shipping Initiative and more.

I am a widower, with 2 teenagers and a cat. In my wife’s memory, I raise funds to help psychotherapists improve how they use time when working with children and adolescents. For fun, I play tennis, learn piano and talk with friends about the problems in the world over a glass or two.

Emma Bradley

(she/her)
Senior Associate Strategy and Marketing

I am a social impact and marketing specialist supporting organisations to develop the skills, knowledge, ideas, and courage to address societal problems. I've held leadership roles in commercial and not-for-profit organisations, including British Airways and BBC Children in Need. In my work, I enjoy using my experience across storytelling and income generation to create strategies and campaigns to benefit people and the planet.

Outside work, I am an outdoor swimmer (when it's warm enough), a member of a lively book club, and the owner of an even livelier cockapoo called Olive.
